This jig was designed as part of a dedicated Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI) test system with full data analysis software capability to evaluate the performance of metered dose inhalers.
The MDI canister is inserted nozzle downwards into the custom test jig and the system then performs a range of custom prescribed tests such as valve breakdown and firing load tests. The system is used widely by leading pharmaceutical manufactuers worldwide.
