This fixture consists of a dough sample preparation press, dough extensibility test jig for clamping the prepared sample and sample hook.
The sample press prepares the dough sample by cutting the dough to the required shape and size for testing. The dough sample is then held in position by a specially designed clamping fixture and the sample is pulled using the hook.
